Day 7... We close the month with success

Hey everyone! Can you believe it? We hit some huge milestones this month, and even we didn’t think we could hit the targets set out by Dad. When things got tough, we just came out fighting every day because it was so much fun! Most of our challenges were about acquiring customers, but the business actually grew because of customer needs. When a customer asked for something, we responded and made it happen.

The Good:

We hit our £100 sales target... In fact, we smashed it!

• We made new customers and saw people wearing our products. That was the coolest part!

• I learned how to sell, create, ship, and communicate with customers.

• We are getting really in to Social Media marketing... it's taking time and practice but it's getting there ;-)
  

The Bad:

• We had to break bracelets and necklaces to make new orders for customer requests. We simply need more beads and charms. Next month, the target is even bigger!!

• We had to make and design our own packaging as it took too long for the envelopes we order to arrive... although they were super cool

The Ugly:

• We have to wait 4 weeks for stock in Ibiza, and a lot of people wanted 'evil eye' bracelets, but we ran out of evil eyes!

• We need more stock, more categories, and we need to learn how to make more things.

• Real time going to the post office.. fun but time consuming... I will need to get this working on a one week cycle.. v's daily ;-)
  

Our analytics have been super useful, and we 100% need to get better at customer marketing and getting product messages to customers. Dad created a 'Growth Plan,' which I need more time to understand, but going into Amazon feels wild...!!!

This month has been an amazing journey, and I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished with Rafistar. Thanks to everyone who supported us and bought our jewelry. We couldn’t have done it without you!
