Day 1... My first blog post

It took two days to agree on the name of the site, but we finally settled on Rafistar! Dad insisted it had to be a .com, and I love it.

We headed to Ibiza town for supplies, and I spotted a red wooden crate outside one of the boutique stores, that crate is now my workshop table!

My dad had sketched out a workstation and website structure on the plane, and he's bringing it to life one day at a time.

I'd been making bracelets and had about 25 made already. But the idea is to create a broader product range to appeal to more people. I'm excited to create necklaces, key rings, mobile phone chains, and I might even try making pet collars. I think those would be popular.

Whilst that was all happening I got my first request for a personalised bracelet based on 'Ocean, Turtle, R&L initials' so I made sure I got this one done before bed as I have a big day tomorrow.
